Saturday - Check In: 11am • Start Time: 12pm • End Time TBD • Team Meeting at end (parents welcomed)
Sunday - 10:45am - 2pm First Practice

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
TUMBLING:
•Standing Tuck (REQUIRED TO MAKE TEAM)
•Standing Back handspring(s) to Layout
•Straight or Specialty Running Pass to Layout
*Fulls Highly Encouraged!
ALL GIRL STUNTING:
•Knowledge & Execution of at least one Spinning Skill - Full Up, Low to High, High to High
•Knowledge & Execution of at least one Flipping Skill - BHS Up, Roundoff Up, Rewind, Hand-to-Hand to Extended Position
•ALL FLYERS MUST DOUBLE DOWN
Male Requirements:
•No tumbling is required but it is preferred.
•Must have knowledge of stunting, either partner stunt or group stunt.
We currently do not have a true coed team, but are looking to build one in the future! All male athletes are welcomed and encouraged to attend all open gyms and tryout event dates.
What to Wear
Female:
Black sports bra & black spandex
Hair up with a bow
Game day makeup with Red Lips
Male:
Black Shirt & Black Shorts
Tryout Includes:
Fight song (see video below) Please learn ahead of time
Running tumbling (Layout Required)
Standing tumbling (Standing tuck required)
Chant (will learn day of tryout)
Stunting (Last day of tryouts)
First Day:
Tumbling, Fight Song, and Chant tryout
First cuts and create stunt groups
Second Day:
Tumbling, Fight Song, and Chant tryout
Final cuts and team announcement
Third day:
First official team practice
Document Requirements:
- Liability Waiver
- Tryout Application must be emailed to bradley.daughtery@unlv.edu
- Acceptance letter for UNLV or Proof of Application Submission
- 2 unopened/sealed letters of recommendation
VIDEO TRYOUTS

All requirements through video are due. All videos must be recorded on the timestamp app to ensure accurate skills. Video tryouts, tryout application, acceptance letter, and 2 letters of recommendation must be emailed to: Bradley.Daugherty@unlv.edu
